 This contest is open to single ladies, with ages between 17 to 26 years old, a citizen of the Philippines at least a high school graduate, and of good moral character. Include in the application a full body photo, birth certificate, Philippine passport, college or high school diploma, certificate of good moral character, medical certificate and parent's consent for applicants below 18 years old.
