A FAM CAM will give you a chance to take home SVIP ticket to the Ultimate Valentine Concert 2015.
Requirements:
You should be an existing PLDT HOME subscribers in Greater Metro Manila
Upgrade or get a FAM CAM from February 5-9. 2015
should not be on a temporary or permanent disconnection during the raffle draw

Notes:
1. Each subscriber is entitled to one (1) raffle entry.
2. E-raffle will be held on Feb 9, 4pm at the PLDT Main Office, Ramon Cojuangco Building, Makati Avenue, Makati City with the presence of a DTI representative.
3. There will be 17 winners of SVIP tickets worth 8k each to the concert on Feb 13 .
4. Winners may only win once.
5. Winners will be informed through registered mail, call-out, text, and email. Names of winners will be posted in PLDT Home website.
6. Winners may claim their ticket at the venue of the concert.
7. Winners will be required to present two (2) valid IDs, notification letter, and sign acknowledgement receipt upon claiming their prize.
8. Employees of PLDT and its subsidiaries and affiliates, their advertising and promotion agencies including relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from this raffle.
9. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.
