2. The Promotion is open to subscribers of Smart, Sun, Talk & Text, Globe and TM both in post-paid or pre-paid plans, who are residents of the Philippines. Text message entry requires compatible mobile phone with text messaging and data service. Some restrictions apply.

3. Participating brands: COCA-COLA PET Bottles with Parol Caps Only.

COKE - 250ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml, 1L, 1.5L, 2L.

4. To participate in the promotion, you must be 13 years old and above. You must purchase any of the participating products above and text-in the promo code that can be found under the Parol caps.

5. TO JOIN, just text in your entries using the following format:

6. You will then receive a message for a ONE-TIME registration in the format below.

COKE REG<FULL NAME>/<AGE>/<COMPLETE ADDRESS> to 2653

Registration is FREE-of-charge. After registration, a confirmation message will be sent to the acknowledging your registration. There can only be one official registered participant per mobile phone number.

7. A valid entry should consist of the ff:

a. Prior and proper completion of the ONE-TIME Registration
b. A valid and current mobile phone number from Smart, Sun, Talk & Text, Globe and TM.
c. Your name to validate the promo code (Names should be the same as the officially registered name per number 6 above for the specified mobile phone number).
d. A valid promo code generated by the official service provider of Coca-Cola for this promotion.*
e. A valid and official Parol cap of the participating products with item above.

8. When registered, you will be allowed to text-in as many valid entries as you can during the promo period. To note:

a. Each entry is valid for all draws until the cut-off date or until it wins
b. All non-winning entries automatically qualify for the succeeding draws.

*Cut-off for sending entries for the weekly draws are every Thursday at 11:59pm, starting November 19 until Dec. 17, 2015

9. PRIZES:

a. DAILY INSTANT PRIZES: Millions of Php 15 FREE LOAD

• A valid promo code sent has a chance to win FREE Load worth Php 15. The free load will coincide with your current telecommunication supplier
• You will receive a notification of Free Load once a valid winning promo code is sent
• A postpaid subscriber can win the Php15 load but will then be asked to nominate a prepaid number from the participating telecommunication subscribers, which they want to pass the winning Php 15 load to.
• The validity of load shall coincide with the winner’s telecommunication company’s guidelines.

b. WEEKLY RAFFLE PRIZES: 1 Million Pesos worth of the winners chosen wish every week for 5 weeks.

Participants who text-in valid entries have a chance to win:

• COCA-COLA Far East Limited (CCFEL) shall shoulder 1 Million Pesos Worth of the winner’s chosen wish
• This is limited to prizes that are tangible/services that could be purchased or availed within the redemption period by CCFEL / Third Party Agency (TPA) at DTI & BIR registered establishments in the Philippines
• Prizes cannot include any item or service related to gambling, illegal drugs, politics, terrorism, maliciousness, violence, or any other classifications nominated by CCFEL/TPA within the promotion and redemption period
• Prizes shall be assessed first by CCFEL/TPA prior to approval
• Prizes in excess of P 1M shall be shouldered by the winner. CCFEL/TPA shall pay in cash the total remainder (if any) for items purchased below P1M

10. The prizes will be revealed to the winner upon verification and validation has been done in accordance with the promo mechanics. Prize allocation per draw:

Nov.20: P1 Million worth of the winner's chosen wish
Nov.27: P1 Million worth of the winner's chosen wish
Dec.4: P1 Million worth of the winner's chosen wish
Dec.11: P1 Million worth of the winner's chosen wish
Dec.18: P1 Million worth of the winner's chosen wish

11. A total of 5 weekly raffle prizes will be awarded throughout the promo period. A winner’s name will be chosen via electronic raffle. A participant can win the weekly raffle only once throughout the entire duration of the promotion for the raffle prizes. The winner may convert his or her weekly prize to cash.

12. Potential weekly raffle winners will receive an official phone call from CCFEL’s Third Party Agency (TPA) for initial proof of purchase verification. CCFEL’s TPA will verify the proof of purchase. CCFEL’s TPA will call the winner three times in one day. Failure to reach the winner within the said (3) attempts will result in disqualification (upon prior approval with FDA) and a back-up winner shall be selected. The potential winner will be given three (3) days after the initial verification phone call to confirm if he or she has the Parol cap with the potential winning promo code. CCFEL’s TPA will make a follow-up call after three (3) days, failure to locate and confirm possession of the potential winning Parol cap within the three day period will mean disqualification of the potential winner. A back–up potential winner will be notified upon written approval of FDA. Once a potential winner’s proof of purchase has been verified, CCFEL’s TPA will send a registered mail indicating the type of prize won, the corresponding promo code, and instructions on how and when to claim the prize. Winners will NOT be notified through text but, only through registered mail. The official Parol cap containing the texted in promo code need to be surrendered by the potential winners to claim prizes.
