Japanese Government’s Undergraduate Scholarship – Japan
The Japanese government has offered scholarships to Filipinos for the past 54 years, and some 100 applicants have been sent to Japan to participate in different study programs.
The Undergraduate Scholarship provides an opportunity for a Filipino student, who is interested in Natural Science or Social Science and Humanities, to spend up to five years in a Japanese college or university.
Each grantee will be provided 112,000 yen and a monthly stipend of 2,000-3,000 yen. The Japanese government will also cover travelling costs and school fees.

NUS Graduate Scholarship - Singapore
The ASEAN Scholarships promoted by the National University in Singapore aim to provide opportunities for students within the South East Asian region to finish graduate coursework in the university, which will help them meet their potentials and hone their skills.
The candidate must possess an excellent academic record, a good command of the English language and at least two years of work experience relevant to the program chosen.

Therefore, their scholarships are focused on areas that will promote skills development such as Agriculture Development, Disaster Risk Management, Public Sector Management and Private Sector Development. This is open for qualifications from postgraduate certificate to a PhD.
Each year 18 eligible students will be selected to undergo educational training and help make a difference in their country.

The University of Westminster in London is looking for academically excellent students from the Philippines, who are seeking their master's degrees and who hold an offer for a graduate program in the university.
To be considered for selection you must have a first class honours degree, financial need and potential for development in your chosen field and in the university.
The scholarship amounts to a full tuition fee waiver, airline expenses (to and from London) and accommodation.

The European Union is extending a once-in-a-lifetime educational experience for 134 master's programs and 42 doctoral programs, in partnership with European institutions under approved Erasmus Mundus Action Joint Programs.
The scholarships can vary depending on the level of studies, duration of study and nationality of applicant. But their offer may include the waiver of full-time tuition fees, living expenses, travelling and insurance costs.
