Blueprint: Public Policy Competition

Here is a challenge for both High School and College students all over the country! You can win PhP 20,000 by simply presenting a viable public policy proposal this coming March 14 and 15, 2015 as UP POLSCi hosts its first ever Public Policy Competition Policy Competition entitled Blueprint with the theme Sustainable Economic Development.

All you have to do is form a group of 3-5 students, register at Blueprint Registration submit a short public policy proposal at uppoliticalsociety@gmail.com, and secure an entry fee of PhP 500 via bank payment (PNB Account: "UP Political Society" A/C: 590041400012). Deadline of submission of entries is on January 31, 2015.

There will first be an Elimination Round where only ten (10) groups, which will be announced on February 14, will push through to a Final Round where they will defend their policy paper before an audience and panel during a two-day conference on March 14 and 15. The grand prize is PhP 20,000 while the second and third placers will win PhP 10,000 and PhP 5,000, respectively.
